Only the very best books make it to my “Recommended Reading” list. I have a vast collection of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and electrical books but, there are only a few that I consider worthy of recommending. These books are selected because of their content, clarity or high quality. Additional books will be added to this list as I see fit, so check back often.
| “TECH Method Troubleshooting” by Gary Lloyd |
| An excellent troubleshooting series written by a veteran service technician. Very well written, clear and concise. Gary has the ability to state the otherwise complex in an understandable way in few words. | |
| Visit his website to order his books. www.techmethod.com |
| Indoor Environment Technicians Library |
| Fans & V-belt Drives | |
| Math For The Technician | |
| Airflow In Ducts | |
| Variable Air Volume Systems | |
| Indoor Air Quality | |
| Layout for Duct Fittings |
| And More. Well written books available individually or purchase the entire set. My favorite is Math For The Technician. | |
| Available from LAMA Books. Visit their website; http://www.lamabooks.com/ |
| “Modern Hydronic Heating” by John Siegenthaler. |
| A modern classic on heating with water. Very well written, understandable and excellent content. A new and updated edition is about to be released. I am looking forward to it. | |
