Monoxor II                                    

This instrument is designed for home inspectors, fire departments and other emergency responders.  This instrument can also be used by residential HVAC contractors, but, we suggest contractors consider the Fyrite Pro series as these have the capability to print and can be upgraded to full combustion analyzers in the future.

The Monoxor II is capable of performing carbon monoxide measurements in:

• Ambient air
• Flue Gases
• Breath analysis to check for CO exposure

It is easy to operate and has been a dependable instrument for more than a decade.

Comes complete with Hose & probe assembly and includes hard carrying case.

CO display requires manual adjustment to reference atmosphere (manual Zero)

Fyrite Pro Series - 100, 120, 125

The Fyrite Pro is designed for use by residential HVAC contractors. 

Fyrite Pro 100

•  Measures CO levels and (with the optional printer) can document test results.

Fyrite Pro 120

• Measures CO, O2, stack temperature and calculates Steady State Efficiency.  As with all Fyrite Pro's, test results can be printed.  The 120 is also upgradeable.

Fyrite Pro 125

• The 125 has all the capabilities of the 120, with the additional ability to measure pressure in Water Column Inches, Pascals and Millibars.  The 125 can measure stack draft, gas pressure, external static duct pressures, building pressures, etc.  It comes with the magnetic boot, an accessory with the 110 and 120.

PCA2 Series

The PCA2 is designed for heavier duty residential/commercial/industrial combustion testing and is easy to use.

The sensors are field replaceable and easily accessible.

The instrument can be upgraded simply by plugging in the new sensor modules - the drivers are already in the motherboard.

This instrument has a USB port and comes with Window's based software to directly download the test results to an Excel Spreadsheet.

It is capable of printing test results (with your company's name and phone number) and also has a memory feature so that test results (500) can be saved at the push of a button and printed later.  This is particularly important when testing power burners or modulating equipment.

The PCA2 also has a much stronger pump which will pull against high stack draft conditions and can be used with an optional 20 foot hose and probe extension.

The PCA2 has a "hydrogen compensated" CO sensor which provides more accurate CO readings in flue gas samples.  All of the less expensive analyzers on the market have non compensated CO sensors which are cross sensitive to hydrogen.  The amount of hydrogen produced in the combustion process is dependent on flame conditions and is extremely variable particularly on commercial burners where higher flame temperatures may result in hydrogen production.

Another advantage to the PCA2 is that all the readings are displayed in the screen at the same time.  You can also select the order in which the readings display.  It also has a zoom feature which zooms in to three parameters then scrolls through the rest of the readings.

The PCA2 has a wider range of CO readings (up to 4,000ppm's) and is also available with a CO capable of up to 20,000ppms.

It is powered by 4 disposable AA batteries, rechargeable batteries and has an optional 120v power source that can also be used to recharge the rechargeable batteries.

PCA2 225

• Measures O₂, Carbon Monoxide, pressure, stack temperature and calculates Steady State Efficiency, Carbon Dioxide and CO air free.  As with all PCA2's, test results can be printed (with optional printer) and comes with the download software.

PCA2 235

• Has the same features as the 235 with the addition of a NO (Nitric Oxide) sensor.

PCA2 245

• Has the same features as the 225 with a high range CO sensor (up to 20,000ppm)

PCA2 255

• Has the same features as the 225 with a Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂) sensor

PCA2 265

• Has the same features as the 225 with NO and NO₂ sensors

PCA2 275

• Has the same features as the 225 with NO and SO₂ sensors

For those doing NOx emissions testing, the local air quality management district may require a Sample Conditioning Probe, available as an option.

A hose/probe assembly, hard shell case and magnetic boot are included for the PCA2.

ECA 450

The ECA 450 was developed for use for the commercial/industrial market and meets the EPA/TVA approval requirements.  Each instrument is custom designed to fit your present needs, and still have the capability to upgrade when necessary.

Plus, it has a lot of additional features such as:

• allowing you to data log combustion test results over a period of time.
• allowing you to set up the order in which the readings are displayed
• customizable printouts with your company/customer's name
• an available heavy duty sample conditioning probe

If you do commercial/industrial burner set up/maintenance or are required to meet certain emission requirements, consider the 450.
