Nothing like the smell of grilling out!!!

However, do remember that along with the smell of the meat comes a downside.  Gas grills and particularly charcoal grills are capable of producing a tremendous amount of carbon monoxide.

Before the burners in this grill were replaced, carbon monoxide levels were measured in excess of 7,000 ppm's.  With the burners replaced and properly set up, the CO levels were much better but still in excess of 800 ppm's.

We're certainly not discouraging the use of barbeque grills.  Just that they are used properly, with common sense and (just like your furnace, boiler or hot water tank) maintained per manufacturer's instructions .

Never, ever attempt to use a grill inside, even in a garage on a rainy day.
