The history of HVAC Industry is of interest to many of us at Bacharach.
While researching the history of Herman Bacharach, we ran across information
related to the rest of the industry and thought others might be interested in
how the industry has developed over the past century.
Below are links to a number of articles from the collection of Bob Dwyer
(Manager of the Bacharach Training Program), dated in the late 1800's to the early
1900's.
Another source for historical technical articles is Cornell
University's "The Making of America". They have scanned
thousand and thousands of technical articles written between 1815 and
1926. Go to the search feature, type in a topic and you will be amazed at
what comes up!
We hope you enjoy these links and if you know of other sources or have old
HVAC technical documents you could scan and send copies of, we would certainly
add them to the collection.
